Another great coffee from Mario Moreno from Santa Barbara, Honduras. This lot is natural processed Bourbon. Mario Moreno is someone who's coffee we feature every season. This is the first time we have any other lots besides his fantastic Washed Pacas. Always delivering standout coffee for us every year and this Natural lot is no different. Clean and sweet cup with nice acidity and fruit character, stone fruits, with milk chocolate and soft mouthfeel. Very well balanced cup.

We have been buying coffees from Mario and his brother Danny Moreno since the 2019 harvest. The great work by Benjamin Paz and the Beneficio San Vicente always delivers the highest quality each year. We are very proud to represent the work by these amazing producers year on year.
