Traditional Culinary & Gastronomy Roots of Lima

A full day to awaken our senses and go back to the times of the Lima Antigua. First we will visit a local market, then we went to Chinatown, where we will experience the mixture of Chinese culture with Peruvian. We will make a tour of the Historic Center of Lima to go back a moment toward the majesty of the Lima Viceregal. We will go to a renowned restaurant where the chef,will allow us to enter into your kitchen and will share with us their secrets. We will enjoy of a  Lunch Marino. Then we will give a walk by Barranco, to close, we will visit a local restaurant where we will have the opportunity to try picarones.
