Dapur Usada has developed its own unique food philosophy - IndoVedic Cuisine. Our food blends the ancient Indian medicinal wisdom of Ayurveda, with the Balinese knowledge of herbal medicine known as Usada. Our kitchen offers slow cooked vegetarian dishes, made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Our Jamu's are the family recipes of our staff, rooted in the traditions of Ubud.
