Beautiful expression of red fruit, red apple and cherry notes with a hint of dark chocolate. Produced by Ana Mustafá at the Mustafá family farms in Pereira, Risaralda.

Mustafá family owns and operates five coffee farms. Mustafá lot is their signature Estate lot that is one of our favourites. Layered red fuit expression in the cup elevated by high red apple acidity and juicy, light mouthfeel contrasted with sweet dark chocolate in the finish.

Every season we've had the chance to work with coffees from Ana we've always made sure we have access to some of her coffee through our friends at LaREB (La Real Expedición Botánica) project who enable us to access some of the finest coffees in Colombia.
