Your guide will take you for a walk through the Diocletian's Palace and historical streets of Split to Uje oil bar, inevitable gastro stop in Split where you will be introduced to the ways of tasting olive oil quality and presented with authentic Croatian wine varieties. The experience will be enriched with pairing of olive oil with fleur de sel, aged red wine vinegar, homemade bread from our oven, green olive tapenade, mixed sheep and cow milk cheese and fig jam.
