It is important to know that a balloon flight will always depend on optimal weather conditions, due to the monitoring of optimal conditions are constant. If you are unable to fly due to non-optimal conditions your host will let you know at the time, you can only be refunded the proportional share of the flight, breakfast and other activities must continue, remember that you are booking a shared service.
