Buenos Aires: Soulful Group Tango Lesson & Milonga

This is the experience that gave birth to our company. When Kevin moved here from California in the 1990s to learn tango, he soon noticed that most visitors to the city never got beyond the made-for-tourists shows. To remedy that, he created the Tango for Your Soul experience to immerse visitors in the authentic tango scene. We start with a one-hour tango class in our studio. You’ll love the place because it’s in a historic building from the early 1900s that used to be a hotel. Then we will walk to a milonga (tango dance hall) where you will meet the people who live only to dance tango. We will teach you not only steps but also the deep wisdom that tango teaches us about connection, balance, listening, and waiting.
