Cherry red color with ruby red edges. Complex nose of cherry and plums mixed with fresh spice like pepper and clove. Fresh and creamy, medium body and good structure, with a long finish. The fermentation was 100% made by native yeast. 100% of the wine was aged for French oak for 14 months in new, second, and third use oak. The result is a delicate and fresh Pinot Noir with subtle and well-integrated oak.
