Day Trip to Essaouira from Marrakech

Meet a driver at your hotel in Marrakech, or at a central location, for the roughly 3-hour trip to Essaouira, a laid-back city that’s cooled by sea breezes. On your way to Essaouira, make a stop at an Argan oil cooperative, learning how the golden oil is produced using traditional techniques. Upon arrival in Essaouira, set out on your own to explore the compact historic center, ringed by fortifications with great views of the ocean. You'll have the freedom to see and do what you want.
