Agropecuaria Hellen is a pioneering family project located on the isolated, high-altitude slopes of Dragon Hill, a remote corner of Tarrazú famous for lacking mobile reception but possessing an extraordinary microclimate. Founded by William Mora and now led by his daughter, Hellen Mora, the farm is a model of modern sustainability; they preserve 50% of their land as virgin forest to protect local biodiversity and water sources.
The La Manga Caturra Natural is their signature "fruit bomb." Hellen specializes in natural and anaerobic processing, methods that use zero water and compost all cherry waste back into the soil. For this specific lot, Caturra cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and dried on raised African beds. The result is a wild, funky, and intensely sweet cup, often exploding with notes of mango, candied plum, and peach punch, backed by a heavy, jammy body that has earned Hellen a cult following among lovers of exotic naturals.
