Salt-brined free-flowing salmon roe = caviar!  80g jars - sold frozen.  These are fabulous to add as a garnish to meals or just eat straight from the jar with a spoon! Continue to thaw in fridge and enjoy within 48 hours.

Due to excellent salmon farming practices, there is a very limited stock of caviar and once it's gone, there won't be any until June/July next year!

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery.  Freight is now charged by weight.  Allow a weight of 200g for this product (includes glass jar).  See our Shipping Rates page for more information.
