Day Trip to Vang Vieng

After hotel pick up, you will take a comfortable minivan ride to the market. This is a fun experience that shed a lot of insight into the market itself. We will stop by salt cottage to see how locals make salt in the traditional way. Take a boat ride on the scenic Nam Ngum lake. You can enjoy lunch on boat (optional). Finally to Vang Xang. Vang Xang is a beautiful archeological site near an elephant cemetery located on the road to Vang Vieng. This site was a Buddhist sanctuary during the 11th century when the Hindu Khmer and the Buddhist
