Private tour- NP Biogradska Gora, Moraca canyon & monastery

This tour is designed to introduce you to the natural beauty of the northern and central part of Montenegro, the way of life of the locals, but also to bring you closer to the turbulent and interesting history of these regions. The tour encompasses driving with 2 stops in the spectacular 1000 meters deep Moraca canyon , Biogradska Gora national park with its glacial lake gem and centuries old untouched forest and visit to old Moraca monastery. Our plan by the lake is to take a slow walk around (3 km long path) and have a closer look at flora and fauna. Before we head to real Montenegrin heights we won’t miss a chance to visit one of the three most famous Montenegrin monasteries – Moraca Monastery, the story of which will deepen your understanding about Montenegro’s society many centuries of existence. Additional option of this tour would be a walk through a part of a very interesting Mrtvica river canyon and a cable car ride on the Bjelasica mountain.
