The washed typica from Los Lirios fought its way to the 9th place in Guatemala Cup of Excellence 2019 with a score of 89.42 (check it out here), and was only stopped because higher scoring coffees were of varietals like the famed geshas and pacamara.

Standing in front of Volcan San Pedro, Los Lirios farm is located in the western highlands of Guatemala, department of Sololá, right in the middle of the famous Traditional Atitlán® region.

We are pleased to have secured this really clean coffee from Zoe Shih, a Q-Grader as well as a competition judge active in the African region. With her sharp eyes and nose for outstanding coffees, Zoe locked a limited amount of the coffee from the farm even before it was judged by the COE body.
